Crystal Clear Solutions (CCS Inc.) is a minority-owned technology firm headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio. Founded in 2018 by Anthony Dozier, CCS began as a home for his mobile app innovations—but quickly evolved into something greater. Inspired by Anthony’s conviction that technology should be more than just functional, CCS was built on the belief that tech should empower people—to connect more meaningfully, work more efficiently, and dream beyond limits. Every solution we create is a reflection of that purpose.

Our Origin Story

CCS was founded in 2018 with a clear vision: to unsilo business operations and bring teams into alignment through technology. That vision began with our very first product — a custom-built CRM called Velocity 360.

Unlike conventional CRMs that focused only on sales and marketing, Velocity 360 connected the dots between sales, operations, logistics, and support. It allowed customers to log in, track orders, submit support requests, renew contracts, and more — all from one unified portal. Internally, teams could see every stage of the customer journey, enabling true cross-functional collaboration.

But the architecture was monolithic — and by the time the pandemic hit in 2021, the cost of maintaining on-premise servers at a colocation facility made it unsustainable. Without a cloud-native design or a team to support a rebuild, Velocity 360 was officially sunset. It was a difficult decision, but it planted the seeds for everything that came after.

Reinvention Through Data

We shifted focus to Clear n’Tell, a data analytics platform that used a software-defined ETL process to extract insights from structured and unstructured data. The tool aimed to make complex data digestible and actionable — but its unique ETL algorithm posed scaling challenges, and during the height of COVID, it didn’t gain enough traction to warrant continued investment. It too was gracefully retired.

What remained? A deeper understanding of how people interact with data — and how technology can make that interaction more meaningful.
